Chashu Ramen is enjoying great popularity in Singapore. In the fourth part of our series, Japanese cuisine, Chef Tom shows us an easy way to Chashu Ramen at home. If you are not a pressure cooker, just cover the meat with water (unlike the way a pressure cooker half way) and cook over medium heat for 1.5 hours.
