I do not know if I said this to get so I put on paper. If you make sure your glass jars in the canner, they do not touch each other or the sides of the canner. Also, I often pressure canner pressure cooker. They are two different things. (My Bad) Sometimes you can purchase a combination cooker / pressure canner but if you can not be sure to buy a pressure canner.
